The intimidation caused by the knife is somewhat diminished by the fact that this Milsapian terrorist has failed to ward off the plastic sac on his head. Perhaps Milsaps will have the last laugh after all.

I think maybe this serial killer needs to attend the David Berkowitz School for Deranged Madmen where he'll learn a) you dont need a disquise when you kill your victims, b) you can see right through the plastic sack and c) who wants to be known as the Clemson Condom Head Killer.

ok, so what we have is a drunk man with a knife and a plastic bag on his head, and some fool getting close enough to take his picture... Sounds about right.
The words "drunk man" and "sac" have been used together before in this crowd...with entirely different meaning.
