The Nations Movie Dissuasion

I know what some of you are thinking. 2 posts in the same day?? I have no defense except to say my job is abominable and I feel stupider every day I walk into this building.

But onto my real reason for this post and that is to persuade you to see the film Primer if you havn't done so already. Its a movie that won the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Festival in 2004, and was the very first movie of director Shane Carruth. Its a total mind job and you'll have to watch it at least twice to understand what happens in it, unless of course you wikipedia it. Its almost too clever for its own good, but you have to respect movies that don't spoon feed their audiences. And this one doesn't even in the slightest sense. Educate yourself and go rent this movie.

Only in a world where greatness is measured by nonsensical absurdity, with a hint of irreverence... that movie sucked dude.
