Germeroth Trek: The Next Generation

Well, if you haven't heard yet, Loren and I are expecting. Expecting what you might ask? Well, we're not expecting a raise from work because I pay $100 a day to work. Maybe a new car? Nope. Maybe a visit from the President of the United States? Nope. We're expecting a BABY! Our due date is 10.10.2007. We don't know if Baby G is a boy or a girl. These images are from our first ultrasound at 9 weeks. We are exactly 13 weeks today. We'll have a second scan in about 8 weeks. The first image is a profile shot and the second is the little peanut is looking forward. Everything is normal so far. Please feel free to offer suggestions for names, especially boys. In fact, please offer your suggestions. I encourage you. Tim, I expect a good one.

John,
Congrats man. Well I feel kind of dumb putting a fish picture right above your post. It probably pays to look at the blog before posting. Man, that's awesome.

my name nomination is Gustavus Adolphus Germeroth...surely there's some swedish genes in there somewhere.

"Gunther" is one of my personal favorites, John. Or you could name him Steve. "She touched my peppy, Steve."

well bobs suggestion would give him the initials of gag.
I do think it is a boy judging by the fact that his weiner is already bigger than yours john.

Wow John you should definitely save these posts in a baby book or something...especially James and Heene's. Seriously though, I about fell out of my chair. Truly amazing. Sincere congratulations my friend.
My personal name suggestion is Emperor Germeroth. Its classy and yet authoritative.

I have another recommendation. A friend of mine gave me this idea. How about naming the child after a breakfast cereal or item, e.g., Nutrigrainus, or Fruitloopus. Or you could use a everyday noun said differently, e.g. Tongue (pronounced Tan-jah) or Orange-jello (pronounced O-ran-jah-lo). I hope these help, John.

Once again,

P.S. My firstborn will be named Ykswodneb (pronounced Eeks-wad-neb) Otto. That way his name will be spelled the same forwards and backwards Ykswodneb Otto Bendowsky.

Congrats!

I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you.

And I'd like to add my personal name suggestion. I suggest Abcde (pronounced Obesity). Or Bee-ijee Emai-en Germeroth(spelling of BIG MAN).

Way to slip one past the ol' goalie there Johnny. The Germeroth name will live on. Very nice (in my best Borat accent).

I suggest the very manly name of Gage Ironshackles. This is the actual name of a student we found at work in one of our districts' databases.

I got your message and I don't think I ever called you back... I must be a huge jerk-off. So, I'm sory for that.

As for a name...

Gatsby Jonathan Germeroth

the name Gatsby might carry a little too much freight for such young shoulders, but I digress...
