The editor returns after a long absence to his old stomping grounds, and what does he find? Rebellion! Ungratefulness abounding! Two Johns trying to take over in his absence!
This will not stand, man.
Having just taught the American Revolution to eager young Emoryites, he is fully aware of the dangers of peripheral rebels to a central, but slow-moving, metropole. No fear, however. All the Americans had to do was hold on till the Brits left them alone. The editor, on the other hand, has the almighty admin password, which can only be taken by force...which is difficult to employ over the internet.
This isn't the first time someone has challenged this editor. One fiery, red-headed rebel tried it before. You will fare no better, no matter how fancy your legal jargon.
Seriously, though. I think facebook killed the C-file. If it's going to keep on keeping on, it needs a serious makeover.
sincerely,
ed.

Facebook is the devil.
i have noticed an abundance of hacked facebook accounts lately. Not sure I have ever seen one on blogger.
Nicely put, heene. Plus, you pretty much have to be a woman to be on facebook. "Ooo it's such juicy gossip about so and so." And, "I can't believe what's her name is going out with you know who." You guys have way too much time on your hands if you mess with that crap. Facebook is the devil. Resurrect Clemson File! Bring it back from the dead. Forget your wayward past with that temptress called facebook. Forget it or turn C-file over to people who care about the blog.
Typical liberal jargon. Talking down things you know nothing about. Facebook is a great tool for keeping up with each other. This blog is boring and seriously needs a facelift. Its got to be about the most sparse blog in existence.
Liberal? Hardly. I take offense at that kind of talk, Blake. If anything, it is I who is the conservative and you are the one who is liberal. And that is typical liberal tactics; make the claim that your opponent is the one who is out of line and the oddity. I just happen to be someone who is late to hop onto the next internet social bandwagon (email, AIM, blogs, myspace, facebook, etc). Though I use email regularly, I am still not quite convinced even it has really improved anything. It has certainly been detrimental to the depth of meaning and time spent on written communication.
As for this blog, I don’t believe improvement is what is needed. What is a facelift? Why is exciting better than familiar and historically rich? This blog is sparse in content because it's contributors abandoned it.
We abandoned it bc a better tool came along and we decided to use it. Innovation happened my friend, and we embraced it.
Our fearless leader speaks, and I listen! ALL HAIL BOBO!
Have we started yet?
