Thanks to the stellar work from a wonderful Real Estate agent named David George this will be my future abode for about the next 5 years. Barring any problems we will close on July 1.

Man... It must be nice to live somewhere where your not surrounded by crazies everywhere you look. Although, the whole Russian mob thing that's going on around our apartment complex is kind of growing on me. They're just trying to make a living, just like me. I mean, we're really just the same. And the guy who illegally imports them and gives them a temporary place to stay (right across the hallway from us)... He's just doing his job, that's all. Oh the joys of living in an apartment complex. You guys who are selling out and buying homes just don't know what you're missing!
Dude, I fully support the Russian mafia. In fact I bought Betsy's engagement ring from a member of the Russian mob.
On a side note. I have to build stares off of the deck to the back yard for the dog if any of my Christian Brothers want to lend me a hand. Oh yeah, and I almost forgot about the fence that needs to go in asap as well.
David George is the realestate mafia...he does good work though so that makes it ok
I was a self employed carpenter for three years until I got this job so I have all the tools you would ever need sitting in my mom's garage if you need them. I might be able to lend you a hand too, but June is going to be absolutely crazy for me so it would be hit or miss. Let me know if you need the tools though.
I can give you the name of the guys that put my fence in if that helps.
